Pokemon Monopoly For parents who are feeling in the dark about their child’s fascination with Pok mon, the Monopoly Pok mon Edition is just the game to turn on their lights. By joining in this game of traditional Monopoly with a Pok mon twist, parents learn firsthand about the characters and stories of Pok mon. Instead of buying property, houses, and hotels, players collect Pok centers or gyms. Buying a space means catching a Pok mon character. Players who catch all the characters of a color earn the badge for that gym. Playing tokens are Pok mon characters. The board looks much like classic Monopoly, but it features a Pok mon map in its center. “Go To Jail” is still where you’d expect it, so some things never change. –Lee Strucker
Customer Review: Best Game Ever Played
I LOVE Pokemon so since I have real ones they play games with me they said this was the best my Growlithe almost burned the bored in exitment but Vaporeon stopped him.
P.S. I’m 9
Customer Review: Nice set!
This is nicely done…some of the figurines have small bendable parts that may get bent right off someday….YOu can play it the same as normal monopoly or use additional “Pokemon” rules.

2008 Pokemon Diamond & Pearl - Spring Tin - Darkrai 2008 Pokemon Diamond & Pearl - Spring Tin - Darkrai
Customer Review: BRING BACK THE THICKER GUAGE METAL BOX!!!!!!!!
My six year old loves it including the tin. I happen to like Pokeman myself and I got familiarized with it when my 23 year old played with these cards when they first came out. The two things that I am disappointed about are A) The Tin Box is using a much thinner guage metal than what used to be used. I advise them to change it back because this box dents very easily. B)The original metal box from years ago had a latch which kept the cards in more securely.****************Tell the manufacturer not to scrimp on the quality - even though the kids like it, the parents make the purchase and this tin is disappointing compared to the older ones which hold up like new…..
