Readers will be on the edge of their seats in the fifth volume of the best- selling Pokemon Adventures. Customer Review: best comic books around This sereis rocks. It is comical and adventures, it makes you not won’t to put it down. This comic book in a series of many comic books is about red, a pokemon trainer who is traveling around on a quest to catch every pokemon and collect gym badges. He travels to lavender town where everybody is suspecious of everybody else because of the ghousts in the pokemon tower. when red find’s out his rival ,blue, whent into the tower and has not come out in two weeks he runs to the tower because he cant turn down a challenge his rival took. in the tower he has to fight pokemon zombies and a possesed blue. After that he meets a girl nammed green who ripes him off and bulbasuar evolves. Customer Review: One of the best manga around! Pokemon Adventures is almost as good as Toshihiro Ono’s manga, if not better in some parts.
This part is when Red (in Anime terms, Ash) reaches Lavender town.
It is so funny in the tower, and Blue is no different to Shigerou!
I reccomend this to anyone!

Pokemon Graphic Novel, Volume 2: Pikachu Shocks Back (Viz Graphic Novel) The entire four-issue miniseries Pikachu Shocks Back, collected in this graphic novel, stars favorite characters from the Pokemon TV series - Ash, Misty, Brock, and clumsy Team Rocket. Ash wins a race against dozens of other trainers, and then helps Mikey, another Pokemon trainer, prove his pet’s worth. Pikachu wanders off to find the legendary Pokemon Paradise, and Ash must decide whether to let Pikachu return to its own kind. Customer Review: A well-drawn and original Pokemon manga This next installment in Toshihiro Ono’s shonen(boys) Pokemon manga series is called ‘Pikachu Shocks Back’. It’s aimed more at older kids and teenagers, and the artwork is drawn very well. There are four stories here: (1)The Human Race and the Pokemon Race: Ash decides to travel along with Brock, and he meets up with Misty(again) and her three beautiful sisters at the Fuschia Festival. After causing a Tauros to get angry, Misty and Ash end up being saved by a girl named Lara, who’s arm is broken thanks to an accident she had while riding her Ponyta. Ash decides to help her out by racing in the Free-For-All with her Ponyta. Unfortunately for Ash, a racer that likes to cheat has other plans for the boy with the red cap. (2)To Evolve or not to Evolve That is the Question: Misty joins up with Ash and Brock as they head to Stone Town, the place where Evolution Stones cmoe from. Misty meets up with a timid boy named Mikey, and finds out he’s apart of some underground society that likes to evolve their Pokemon. The problem is, Mikey doesn’t want to evolve his Eevee. And that doesn’t exactly make his three brothers happy with him. Misty also begins to question whether she has a ‘weakness for younger men’. (3)Pikachu’s Excellent Adventure: Pikachu gets seperated from Ash, and tries to find his way back to his trainer. The electric mouse joins up with Squirtle and some other Pokemon on a journey to find a Poke-Paradise that’s supposedly guarded by some godess. On their travels, they meet up with a trio of shady fellows that call themselves ‘Team Rocket’. (4)You Gotta Have Friends: Ash begins to wonder if Pikachu is drifting away from him as he stumbles upon a Pikachu colony.
The artwork is way more realistic than the art in the other Pokemon mangas, and I thought it was kinda cool. Even though this series was aimed at teenagers, Viz decided to edit alot of the scenes to make it appropriate for the kiddies, making the women and the girls less ‘endowed’, and they now wear FAR more clothes than they originally did. This was good and bad at the same time, because they sorta went overboard with the editing; Misty and some of the other girls are like walls now, if you know what I mean! But still, this is a great book if you’re a Pokemon fan, or a shonen manga fan. It’s got lots of action, funny and likable characters, and some great artwork. Customer Review: this one by far would be my favourite! the comic at the very beginning was the cutest and the first story, the human race and the pokemon race. looked amazing althou ponyta looked more stronger and less graceful. the second story, to evolve or not to evolve (i’m sure you all know what this is about) has the best pictures and is soooo cute. Pikachus adventure, is a new story that is wonderful and a nice touch. the the last one you gotta have friends… was touching and confirmed pikachu is a guy!!

Pokemon Graphic Novel, Volume 4: Surf’s Up, Pikachu (Pok mon) It’s a Pikachu luau as Ash and Pikachu set sail on a Lapras to visit the Orange Islands. In a series of zany adventures inspired by the new season of Pokemon TV episodes, they battle tropical seas and wild jungles while they help protect the islands from a hungry Snorlax. Along the way, Ash continues his quest to become the world’s greatest Pokemon trainer by seeking out new Pokemon - and new challenges. Customer Review: …the last book *sniff* What a great way to end the series… a huge slowpoke, while the book is halariusly funny, and full of humour it wasn’t what i was lead up to believe, Jesse and James are cute but they didn’t really show much romance between the two, although a lot better than what the tv’s doing. there wasn’t much AAML but i can live with that. Customer Review: Yaaaaaaay!! I basically can say I agree with all the other positive reviews here, I just wanted to add another good review. And TRUST ME, this book is the number one must-have for Rocketshippers! You will not be disappointed! It has everything- humor, romance, excellent illustrations, a good story (based off the anime), and there is a GREAT battle between Ash and Drake at the end!

Official Nintendo Pokemon Colosseum Player’s Guide In Pokemon Colosseum’s Story mode, the all-new Orre region is being taken over by criminals and their tainted Pokemon. Nintendo’s official pros will help you save Orre - and defeat hundreds of Trainers in Battle mod, too!
Story Mode - Find your way across the driest deserts and to the highest peaks of Orre with our full-color maps that pinpoint the location of every Shadow Pokemon and vital item. PokeDex & Extra Data - You can snag many Pokemon that haven’t appeared since Pokemon Gold and Pokemon Silver - and you’ll find all their PokeDex data plus lots more in the official Player’s Guide. Customer Review: The best guide for Pokemon Colosseum I gave it four out of five because the guide only tells you if the pokemon trainer has a shadow pokemon and nothing else about the rest of the pokemon they have. Otherwise the guide is great it even gives you a check list so you can hit all the highligts in the game as you go through it. It does give you tips on all the pokemon that the trainers have in the Mt. battle modes both singel and double.

Pokemon: I Choose You (Spanish) Discover the amazing world of Pokemon! To become the best Pokemon trainer in the world, Ash Ketchum is determined to capture all 150 of these incredible creatures. And with the help of Pikachu, his very first Pokemon, Ash quickly learnes that becoming a Pokemon master is the challenge of a lifetime!
After a bumpy start, Ash and Pikachu work together as a team - just in time to foil Team Rocket’s Pokemon-stealing schemes. And once Misty joins up with our heroes - the excitement never ends! You gotta catch all the action as Ash and company take us on an incredible Pokemon adventure! Customer Review: Pok fique! To start off the series with a little twist, Ash oversleeps on the first day of his Pok mon journey, to find that all the Pok mon have been taken, except for Pikachu, who isn’t too happy with it’s new trainer. They get attacked by a flock of Spearow. Pikachu manages to hold them off, but is critically injured, so they flee to Viridian City with Misty in pursuit, as Ash “borrowed” her bike. Pikachu is treated at the Viridian City Pok mon Center and is about to take a nap in the recovery room when Team Rocket shows up, cuts the power and attacks. Luckily, the center’s alternative electricity is a bunch of Pikachu, who all thundershock Team Rocket. Ash’s Pikachu wakes up, and shocks them again, causing their Koffing to explode and Team Rocket to “Blast off again…” . Misty, who came into Viridian City a little while after Ash came, starts to follow him so he can repay her for her bike. “Our heroes” (the narrator’s words, not mine!) head into Viridian forest, where Ash catches a Caterpie, and later, a Pigeotto.
A great start to a great anime. And Pok mon is not a Digimon rip-off or vice versa, the goal in Pok mon is to become the world’s greatest Pok mon master, where the Digigoal is to save the Digiworld. Enough said, just buy the video already! Customer Review: review this is the first episode in which ash chooses his first poke mon. later on he meets misty by steeling her bike. you can also see ash catch his first two pokemon.

Pokemon: Way to the Johto League Champion Our heroes continue their journey to the Johto League Championship! While on their way to Olivine City, Ash and Co. battle the fierce elements of Snow Top Mountain, as well as many exotic Pokemon they find along the way. Will Nature or Team Rocket finally defeat our brave travelers? Contains Episodes: UnBEARable Moving Pictures Spring Fever Freeze Frame The Stolen Stones The Dunsparce Deception The Wayward Wobbuffet Customer Review: It’d be ok, if they hadn’t changed around the moves. I don’t watch the cartoons, because they change the moves around so much. For instance, in a battle, Ash’s Pokemon used a move that would have hit the opponent, but the opponent used Gust to block the move, and the opponent wasn’t hurt, when the move Ash used should have hit the opponent because in the game Gust doesn’t block moves. also, one other time, the opponent used Swords Dance to block a move. Swords Dance doesn’t block attacks, it just raises the user’s attack stat. That just really turned me off, because they use Stat-changing moves to block moves, that doesn’t block in the game. Then there is when Ash’s Pokemon disobey him, even though he has the badges to make them obey, I.e. Ash lost in the first anime, indigo league, because his Charizard wouldn’t listen to him, but Ash had earned the 8th badge, and the 8th badge, all Pokemon are to obey their trainer, regardless of the Pokemon’s level, like in the games. I would have been interested if they had keep it the same as in the games, and if they had, Ash wouldn’t have lost so many times in the cartoon. The only saving thing about it is that some episodes has Umbreon in it. Umbreon is the best! Customer Review: johto photo finish vol 5 is probably the best of johto league episodes. It’s got better storylines and more crunch in the battles. The reunion of friends gives vol 5 a more exciting punch to watch. The good thing is that it shows how hard a pokemon trainer has to work, especially for the gym badges.

Pokemon - The Johto Journeys - Snow Rescue (Vol. 42) Ash meets a wild Chikorita that is so stubborn that Ash has to save it from both Team Rocket and itself! Then, a Quagsire steals Ash’s precious GS Ball! What would a Pokemon want with the special Poke Ball? Plus, Ariel, an amazing Pokemon trainer, has trained her Ledyba to do complicated maneuvers at the sound of her whistle. But when Team Rocket steals the whistle, can Ash and Pikachu help stop a case of grand-theft-Pokemon!? Pokemon The Johto Journeys Vol. 42 - Snow Rescue (Contains 3 Episodes). Featuring the New Pokemon from the Pokemon GOLD and SILVER for the Nintendo Game Boy.
Special Bonus! Exclusive Pokemon Motion Card Included (while supplies last). Gold and Silver foil packaging! Customer Review: The king of Kids’ WB! Chika! Once again, even though Nintendo Power will no longer sell the Pokemon comics anymore, I’m goin’ to love this volume just like you told me. They contain the following:
“The Chikorita Rescue”, featuring Chikorita, the grass-type beauty covered in a bunch of snow. He’s the smartest of the 3 starter pokemon that you can pick at the start of the game.
“Once in a Blue Moon”, featuring Quagsire, who tries to steal Ash Ketchum’s special GS Ball.
And “Whistle Stop”, featuring Ledyba, the familiar ladybug pokemon from Pokemon 2: The Movie. This episode is like becoming a coach in a sports game like football for example. When you blow the whistle, the game is about to start. It’s also used for time outs.
The reason why I’m goin’ to love this ultimate volume is because of the following:
1. It reminds me of Christmas.
2. The GS Ball is used to capture Celebi.
3. Blowing the whistle can be used for time outs or starts in certain sports games.
Once again, thank you for your cooperation on what to rank. Good luck to all pokemon trainers out there. For volume numbers 5 and 6, I’ll see ya in July 2001. Customer Review: Pokemon Vol. 42:Snow Rescue Expect another great pokemon video this video has three more great episodes of pokemon the first is “Chikorita’s Rescue” Ash, Brock, and Misty come across a chikorita and they take it to a poke-center where it is treated and taken by Team Rocket will Team Rocket add a new stubborn pokemon to their Team or Will ash get a chikorita? in the second episode “Once in a blue moon” ash and friends are resting on the banks of a river when a Quagsire steals the GS Ball in the comotion Jessie and James poke-balls are also stolen will everyone get their pokemon back? in the third episode “The Wistle Stop” ash and party comes across a girl with ledyba and she has them trained to listen to her wistle and Team Rocket takes the wistle but the ledyba leave can ash get the wistle back and will the Ledyba return and listen? this is another great video which is action packed and a meet see.

Pokemon Emerald Version Are you looking for a new Pokemon challenge? With a focus on continuing the story, Pokemon Emerald brings together elements and characters from Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire. Emerald is the third adventure to take place in the Hoenn region, and it features all new areas and exciting new plot twists.
In Pokemon Emerald, your character is an aspiring Pokemon Trainer and new inhabitant of Littleroot Town. You’ll enter the neighborhood amid a truckload of boxes, eager to explore your new environment. Eventually, you’ll stumble upon a challenge that forces you to select from three Pokemon — Torchic, Mudkip or Treecko. Once you decide, you can begin your quest to become the world’s greatest Pokemon Trainer.
If you’ve played the Ruby or Sapphire installments, you’ll recognize many of the locations in Emerald. Although familiar, quite a lot has changed in Emerald. The most exciting addition is Battle Frontier. No matter how well you think you know Hoenn, you will always discover something entirely new. Plus, you may even encounter a new Gym Leader in your journeys.
You are up against stiff competition in Emerald. Team Magma and Team Aqua once again look to disrupt the peaceful civility of Hoenn. Unlike Ruby and Sapphire, both gangs have set up camp in this adventure. That means you’ll be facing double-the-evil, double-the-clever, scheming plans. To really spice things up, Emerald has added sightings of the rare Pokemon Rayquaza. The plot thickens!
The Battle Frontier of Pokemon Emerald brings together seven battle facilities. Each area provides a unique battle experience. Special Trainers called Frontier Brains head each facility and they will test every aspect of your combat skills. Your victories will be memorialized in the form of Frontier Symbols, and you must defeat the Frontier Brain at each location several times in order to earn your awards.
With new locations like Battle Dome, Battle Arena, Battle Factory, and Battle Pike, Pokemon Emerald will throw you awesome new twists and challenges. The new adventure in Hoenn is full of adventure and has plenty of opportunities to hone your battle skills. Just keep your composure, explore the island, and you can become the world’s greatest Pokemon Trainer. Customer Review: Ahhhh, the old days! When I was little and this game was a new game, this was the first game I got for my Game Boy Advance SP. I don’t know my exact age, but I’m eleven years old now. I loved it!! Back then I was a Pokemon fanatic, and I’m getting into the T.V. show again. This game really makes you want to play it. It was very challenging for me back then, but it’s probably easier for me now. You have to chose from a Mudkip (water type), a Torchic (fire type),or a Treeko (grass type) to be your starter Pokemon. The best choice is Mudkip, because the type of Pokemon the first gym leader you battle is weak against fire types. The graphics are simple, but since when does the graphics decide how good the game is? I recomend this game to all ages. Customer Review: Could Be Improved I would want to know which Pokemon to start out with because I might not have the best ones for the game. I would also want to know if I could capture good Pokemons or else I would not want the game. The way the characters look could be better. They could be bigger. I would also like to be able to choose how to make my character.
