Beckett Unofficial Guide to Pokemon Price Guide Customer Review: Kids were happy to get it! Kids seem to think it was worth it. Came with a price guide. Cheaper than buying it the store. Customer Review: Not really as complete as it would have you think I bought this book when it was first released a few months ago thinking it would be similar to the original Beckett Pokemon TCG guide (which you can still buy on Amazon). The original contained nice pictures of all of the cards, grouped into sets, in order. They even went so far as to include and translate all of the current Japanese cards (which were quite a lot at the time) in the same manner as the USA cards. Also were included pictures and lists of all the current Promo cards (US and Japan) and even Japanese oddities like the Japanese only Vending set.

Exhaustive Pok mon List containing complete data on all Pok mon found in Pok mon XD. Complete move compatiblity info Full Evolution and demeanor facts Tips on getting the most from the Purify Chamber and the Relic Stone Hardcore walkthrough of Orre, including optional events Find and solve every Battle CD scenario Customer Review: Adequacy An adquate game guide for an average GNC game. The guide is actually very helpful. There always times in game play when one becomes stuck, so a game guide is useful. Customer Review: Like the game… not as i wish… At first i’ll say i’m Italian so my english could be not so good to understand!!! I hoped to find a book such complete as the edition released for the first pok mon series games, i know that pok mon repeates itself for many thing like moves, items and many other things so yes you’ll find it all in the guide. But as you find so many picture and a near complete walkthrough, the book lack in strategies for the most important battle and for the solution of the 50 battle cd!!! You want to do a STRATEGY GUIDE so write it COMPLETE!!!! Buy it if you are a collector if not leave where it is….

Customer Review: Book not applicable to the games it was with Apparently this book did not go with the DS game that it was tied to on the purchase - it was of no help and I had to order the correct one - bummer linkage Customer Review: A total necessity My son woud have never been able to get through his red rescue game without this guide, it really is a necessity for the game. Nintendo makes a great pokemon game, but it is close to impossible to get through to the end of the game and get all the special pokemon and all the special hidden items without the guide book.

Pokemon Emerald (Prima Official Game Guide) It’s a Team Aqua and Team Magma rematch! Tips for collecting the 200 + 2 Pok mon to complete the Hoenn Pok dex How to clear all 7 Battle Frontier arenas and get the Silver Symbols Detailed walkthrough guides you through story mode Maps cover every region, including all-new, as-yet-unexplored areas Field, Battle, and Contest moves lists, plus Items list How to play Pok mon Emerald with Pok mon Ruby and Pok mon Sapphire, Pok mon FireRed and Pok mon LeafGreen, and Pok mon Colosseum Customer Review: Excellent Book came in very good condition. It has all the information my son need for his games. Customer Review: Badly designed This book is nearly useless. Instead of providing a walkthrough, where one typically can follow the steps and progress through the game, the editor chose to sort by location. This means that when you look up Meteor Falls you see something you may be able to do now as well as what you’ll need to do in the same location later in the game. To make matters worse there is no distinction made between the two events so it’s difficult to know if the later events are able to be done now, or if it’s something you’ll have to come back for.

Pokemon Fire Red & Leaf Green (Prima Official Game Guide) Catch ‘Em All Over Again! Extensive strategy for new and veteran Pok maniacs Massive walkthrough with stats on every enemy Exclusive maps to help you navigate each area Detailed battle tactics for dominating your Pok mon Ruby & Sapphire playing friends! Essential Pok Dex, featuring stats and how to catch them Customer Review: Designed by someone who has never designed a book. * The book is 160 pages yet only has 4 or 5 items listed in the table of contents * The top of the pages are all vibrant green, the bottoms all vibrant red * The maps don’t always connect points between floors, making them useless for navigating. * The pok dex listing at the back is poorly laid out. * Topics for different locations are presented in a disjointed, out-of-order fashion, making it difficult to remember where things are on the page. Customer Review: Pokemon Fire Red & Leaf Green The book was excatly what we wanted and it was in great condition. It was delivered in the time frame that was stated on the order. I would definetly use Amazon for future purchases.

Pokemon Diamond & Pearl (Prima Official Game Guide) * Exclusive Poster - A large poster with exclusive Pok mon art. * Full Walkthrough with Maps - Each area of the new Sinnoh region will be comprehensively covered so players will be able to find all the new Pok mon. Customer Review: They keep getting worse I bought this game with the hope that they had done away with some of the overly childish and frankly lame additions that were included in the emerald and ruby versions i.e. the pokemon contests for instance. They should have stuck with what they had going good with gold and silver. those games simply added to the strategies possible and made battling monsters that much more exciting. These games are getting further and further away from what they were originally, Battling cool looking monsters and becoming the strongest trainer the world has ever seen. Now it’s all about dressing up your pokemon(seriously!) and taking them for walks in a park(couldn’t make this up) and baking(baking….yeah that’s what I thought too…) they have added in a lot of pokemon that are about as intimidating as a newborn kitten. I feel like less of a man for playing this. Granted there are some cool additions, like the underground were you can go hunt for burried treasure and find fossils and stones and acient plates ect. as well as a couple of cool mythical pokemon. But overall, unless you wish you could dress up your pokemon or bake some poffins with your friends on wifi than I would suggest that this game isn’t for you Customer Review: Buy the nintendo power version This guide is bad and lacks much information in the maps, they should’ve made it as good as the nintendo power version or not at all. I give it two stars because it told me where to go at one point where i was really stuck.
